About Ana Paula Spinola
LUK Consultancy is led by Ana Paula Spinola, a legal professional qualified in both Brazil and the United Kingdom.
Ana Paula graduated in Law from FMU – Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas in São Paulo, Brazil, and has been registered with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) since 2005. In the United Kingdom, she completed an LLB (Hons) at the University of Bolton, graduating with First-Class Honours.
She is registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) to provide regulated immigration advice and services in the UK.
She is also registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) as a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL), reflecting her legal qualifications and professional regulatory status in both Brazil and the United Kingdom.
Her legal education and professional experience across the Brazilian and British legal systems enable each matter to be approached with technical knowledge, careful preparation and an individual strategy tailored to the client’s circumstances.
